Begin your Saturday mornings the right way as you embrace mindfulness and recharge for the week ahead with La Ville Hotel & Suites’ new weekly Yoga classes.
Addressing a holistic approach to healthier living, Plan B in collaboration FitnessInDXB’s Yogi Sarah White, Yoga Alliance certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, will be teaching Freedom Flow. Inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, Sarah has developed Freedom Flow through a variety of postures and seamless sequences. A combination of battling inner strength with physical strength, the session helps embrace mindfulness and the art of inner space and peace and welcomes yoga practitioners of all levels.
Post de-stressing of the mind and body, guests can enjoy healthy shots, infused water, tea, and coffee. Guests can continue to soak the last few drops of the weekend at La Ville Hotel & Suites with the discounted pool access and F&B offerings.
